Sadly over 2 million people in the UK are living with a heart disease.
There are many different types of heart disease .The most common is coronary heart disease (CHD) which is the cause of most heart attacks. There are many other types , such as congenital heart disease, heart valve disease or cardiomyopathy.
Having heart condition can very difficult to deal with and can interfere with everyday life in many ways.
